For the first time, United Way of Blount County is hosting a cohort for nonprofit leaders. Through four 90-minute sessions, you will gain the skills you need to confidently lead your organization throughout any season.

Two sessions will be facilitated by Sheri Traxler, M.Ed., a podcast host and experienced leadership coach in the nonprofit sector. The other two sessions will be peer-to-peer, allowing you to learn from your colleagues and hold each other accountable.

Who should attend?
